What is the maximum capacity at 1-Altitude?

Depending on the format, our venue can host:

Banquet-style: Up to 120 guests
Cocktail reception: Up to 150 guests
We can also host solemnizations, luncheons or dinners, and after-parties, all in one place.

Is parking available for guests?

Yes. There are two parking options within the 1-Altitude Melaka area:

Outdoor car park (opposite Zus Coffee & Silvers cape Residence Tower B)
Elements Mall multi-storey car park at level 5 till level 7

We also reserve VIP parking at the ground floor for the bride, groom, and key guests.

How long is the venue booking for?

Our standard packages include 4 hours of event time, with additional hours available for early setup and after-party upon request.

Is there a cutoff time for music and celebrations?

Our standard cutoff time is at 2.00PM for lunch and 10.30PM for dinner. Extensions for events may be possible upon request. Let us know what you have in mind.

Is the venue suitable for both small and large weddings?

Our venue is perfect for intimate and medium-sized weddings, comfortably hosting up to 150 guests in one seating. For larger celebrations, our team can advise alternative arrangements to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless experience.

Do you cater to special dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, halal, etc.)?

Absolutely. Our chefs can prepare vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary options with advance notice. Our culinary team includes Muslim chefs, ensuring that all food is prepared in a halal-compliant manner. All ingredients are also sourced from halal-certified suppliers.

Can we have a food tasting before confirming?

Yes, menu tastings are available for confirmed wedding packages so you can experience our food before finalizing your selections.

Can we customize the menu?

Yes. Our culinary team can personalize the menu to suit your theme, dietary needs, or cultural preferences.

What are the payment, deposit, postponement and cancellation policies?

A deposit is required to secure your date, with the balance due on the day of the wedding. If you need to postpone, our team will work with you to explore new dates. Cancellation policies will be clearly outlined in your contract for full transparency.

What is your policy for minimum spend or headcount changes?

We require a minimum guaranteed number of guests for each package. Adjustments can be made closer to your event date, and our team will advise on the applicable terms.

Do you offer accommodation packages for out-of-town guests?

While we don’t provide accommodation, we are partnered with nearby hotels such as DoubleTree by Hilton Melaka and Hatten Hotel and can extend our corporate rates for your guests.

Is parking sufficient for all guests?

Yes. With both an outdoor parking area and a multi-storey carpark at Element Mall, guests will have ample parking options. Lift access is available directly to the 1-Altitude.

How do I arrange a site visit?

Our wedding packages are flexible. We cater to intimate solemnization to full celebrations of up to 150 guests. There is an overall minimum spending which our wedding specialists will share based on your preferred date and time.

How far in advance should we book?

Most couples book 6–12 months in advance, especially for popular weekend dinner slots and dates. However, we also accommodate last-minute weddings if the date is available.

Will I have a dedicated wedding coordinator?

A dedicated wedding specialist is included in our premium wedding packages to guide you through the planning process and ensure your celebration runs seamlessly. For standard wedding packages, our event operations team will be on-site to assist and ensure everything goes smoothly on your wedding day.

What if my guest numbers change?

We understand RSVPs can fluctuate. Our team will advise on the minimum guaranteed number and how adjustments can be made closer to the wedding date.

Can we bring in our own vendors (florists, photographers, decorators)?

Yes. We welcome external vendors and also have a list of trusted partners who knows our venue well.

Are there any décor restrictions?

We allow creative décor as long as it does not damage the venue. For items like candles or hanging décor, please check with us in advance so we can advise on safety requirements.

Our wedding packages start from RM 220++/pax depending on your preferred date, menu selection, event size and other package inclusion such as table decorations, wine package, wedding cake flavors, etc. Contact our team for a customized quotation.

When should we confirm our vendors?

We recommend confirming key vendors such as photographers, florists, and makeup artists at least 4-6 months before your wedding to secure your preferred choices.

Do you work with wedding planners or décor partners?

Yes, we collaborate with several experienced planners and décor stylists in Melaka who are familiar with our venue. Our team can recommend trusted partners upon request.

Do you offer décor themes or styling services?

We provide a clean, modern base setup which you can enhance with your own décor or with the help of our partner stylists. Theme styling can be arranged separately.

Do you provide bridal makeup or photography services?

We do not directly provide these services but can recommend our preferred partners who have experience working within the 1-Altitude venue.
