Points cannot be exchanged for cash
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance or until the end of your membership. Certain seasonal and promotional vouchers and rewards may only be valid for a limited period.
SkyPoints are not redeemable through the purchase of merchandise, promotional items, and discounted items.
In the situation where you have not met the required minimum spend to retain the tier you are in, you will be downgraded to a previous tier. Explorer card holders can renew their membership for the original signup fee.
SkyPoints are non-transferable
Yes. You will retain old unused vouchers and future vouchers will be of better value depending on your membership tier.
