Terms & Conditions

  1. This pass grants access to The Sky Pool at 1-Altitude Melaka.
  2. This pass is priced at RM50 and valid for one (1) person only.
  3. This pass is valid for a one-time entry to The Sky Pool and is non-transferable.
  4. This pass includes RM50 dining credit, redeemable on the same day at any participating outlets:
    • Wildseed Cafe
    • Wildseed Bistro
    • MONTI
    • 1-Altitude Rooftop Bar
    • MIMI Restaurant
  5. Dining credit is applicable for food and beverages only. Any amount exceeding RM50 must be paid directly at the outlet.
  6. Eating is not permitted within The Sky Pool area. Guests may only dine after their swim when redeeming the dining credit at the participating outlets.
  7. This physical pass must be presented upon entry to The Sky Pool and during payment at the outlet.
  8. Guests must bring their own towels and swimming necessities. Shower and changing facilities are provided, but towels will not be supplied.
  9. Lost or damaged passes will not be replaced or refunded.
  10. 1-Altitude Melaka reserves the right to change or terminate these terms without prior notice.

1. What is the Sky Pool Pass?

The Sky Pool Pass gives you one-time access to The Sky Pool at 1-Altitude Melaka (8AM – 4PM daily). It is priced at RM50 per person and includes RM50 dining credit redeemable at participating outlets on the same day.

2. Where can I purchase the Sky Pool Pass?

Passes are available for walk-in purchase only at the 1-Altitude Concierge Counter.

No. Eating is not allowed in the pool area. Guests may only dine at the outlets after swimming, when redeeming their dining credit.

7. Do you provide towels or amenities?

Shower and changing facilities are available at The Sky Pool. However, guests must bring their own towels and personal swimming items, as towels and lockers are not provided.

8. Can I share or transfer my pass to another person?

No. Each pass is valid for one person only, for a one-time entry, and is non-transferable.

9. What happens if I lose or damage my pass?

Lost or damaged passes will not be replaced or refunded.

10. Is the Sky Pool suitable for children?

Yes. The Sky Pool features both an adult infinity pool and a separate kids’ pool with shallow depth. Children must purchase a pass and be supervised by an adult.

11. Do I need to make a reservation in advance?

Reservations are allowed. However, purchase and redemption must be via walk-in at the Concierge Counter.
